ReScore Calculation
SureCritic calculates ReScores™ by replacing the original rating with the ReScore™ rating. The ReScore™ rating will always take the place of the original rating.
In the example shown below, the original review rating is 1-star, and the ReScore rating is 5-stars. With the calculation, the original rating (1 star) will be replaced by the ReScore Review™ rating (5 stars). The 5-star rating will be calculated into the business's overall SureCritic rating score.

The Concern Resolution rate is the percent low score surveys that get ReScored as 4 or 5 stars. Low scores are any survey that is rated three stars or less. When businesses get a low score, it is best to resolve the customer's concern. After resolving the customer's issue and replying to the survey, the business can send the customer a ReScore. The customer can then fill out the ReScore, giving the business a new rating. Resolving a customer's concern can turn them into one of your most loyal customers.
