Using the Upgraded Business Review Pages
We upgraded our Business Review Pages (BRP). This document will go over the new features, how to upload a cover photo, and how to turn on the affiliation logos.
New Features:
- Enhanced look and feel with updated site navigation
- Customizable cover page to show off your facility
- NPS® scores are displayed on the BRPs
- Display up to 6 certifications or affiliation logos
- A search bar to look up specific keywords in posted reviews
- Auto-populated suggestions that highlight common review themes
How to Upload a Cover Photo
- In the blue side menu on your dashboard, go to "Settings" and click on "Images" from the drop-down menu.

Click "Choose File" to browse the files on your computer to select a photo from.

Click "Add Profile Image" to upload your cover photo.

Your cover photo is now uploaded and will show up on your BRP.
How to Set Affiliation Logos
- In your dashboard, in the blue side menu, go to "Settings", and then click on "Images" from the drop-down menu.

Click on the "Affiliation Logo" tab at the top of the screen.

There is a list of affiliation logos that you can toggle on and off.

In the "Displayed on public page?" column, click the switch next to the logos that you would like displayed on your BRP. Once you toggle the logos on, they will appear on your BRP.
